The BIMM Bristol Events Team is thrilled to invite you to your well-deserved graduation ceremony on Wednesday, 27th November, at St Mary Redcliffe Church (Redcliffe, BS1 6RA), followed by the post-ceremony After Show at the Bristol Old Vic (King St, BS1 4ED).****PLEASE COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS OF THIS WEBSITE TO CONFIRM YOUR PLACE AT THIS YEARS GRADUATION.
Attendance Confirmation Form
To confirm your attendance please fill out the attendance confirmation form by November 1st.THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY THE STUDENT BEFORE AND IN ADDITION TO PURCHASING GUEST TICKETS!Further details about the event, including ceremony times, will be shared after November 1st, once we have received all Attendance Confirmation Form responses. Please plan for the ceremony to begin around midday, with robing and photography available from 9 AM. All ceremonies should have finished by 5pm. Please note that these timings are subject to change.Please note:
Students are automatically assigned a ticket upon passing their degree. No purchase is necessary.Guests are limited to three per graduand at the ceremony due to very limited space at the church.
Robes
You can hire your robes online with Ede and Ravenscroft. Please do this sooner rather than later, as robe hire will be more expensive on the day and your size may not be available unless pre-booked.Robing will take place at the Church and will be available from 9 AM to 12 PM. This is a flexible window, so you don’t need to arrive at 9 AM unless you have scheduled photos at that time. Please allow plenty of time before your photos or the ceremony to have your robes fitted. During peak times, robe fitting may take approximately 20–30 minutes.Robes will not be sent to you; they will be delivered directly to the venue, ready to be picked up and fitted.Please note that Ede and Ravenscroft are an external company, so any questions regarding robes should be directed to them through their contact forms.Robes are optional; however, if you choose not to wear them, please dress smart, as this will be a formal event.

Photos
Before booking a photography slot, please ensure you know which ceremony you will be attending and avoid scheduling a slot that conflicts with it.You can book professional photos through Lafayette Photography. To ensure you get your preferred time slot, please make your reservation early, as popular times fill up quickly.Each booking includes options for both an individual photograph and a family portrait. Be sure to specify your preferences on the day of your session.Please be aware that there are two photography locations at the church, but only one is easily accessible. Accessible photo slots are under the title "27 Nov 2024 - BIMM Bristol Access Photo Area". Please only book a slot in this area if needed.Photos are optional, and if you would prefer to take your own, there are many scenic spots around the church that make for beautiful photo opportunities.
Guest Tickets
If you have been invited to attend graduation, you automatically receive free access to your ceremony upon confirming your attendance. On the day, simply provide your name or student number at registration.Cost:
Attendance for students that are graduating is free.
Tickets for your guests are £10 each and limited to three per graduand.Children aged 5 and under do not need a ticket but must sit on their carer's lap.Extra Tickets:
Extra tickets are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, any extra guests may be seated in the restricted-view area. We are working on setting up screens to improve visibility.Please note: Additional guest requests will only be confirmed once we have received all student responses regarding graduation attendance, as we need to determine how many spare seats are available.When purchasing guest tickets, you will need to provide the student's ID number and name. This information will be cross-referenced in the system to ensure that no student exceeds their allotted number of guest tickets. It is crucial to stay within capacity limits at the church and to ensure every student has an equal opportunity to invite guests.
Graduation After-show
All graduates and guests are warmly invited to join us for an after-show event at The Bristol Old Vic. Enjoy complimentary drinks and canapés while you take in live performances and DJ sets from our graduates and an awards ceremony hosted by BIMM Bristol course leaders.More details about the event will be provided soon.
